I had a similar experience, but it was way crazier. Years ago my young son was digging a very deep hole at the beach right behind my chair. In a panic, I jumped up and ran to get the umbrella completely forgetting about you-know-what! I thoroughly face planted in the sand, with my legs stuck 3 feet down the Yellow Umbrella I Protest Hong Kong flag shirt, but all I could think about was that little child. I screamed out and thankfully they grabbed the umbrella mid-flight and all was well. I was embarrassed and my legs really hurt from the fall, but what could have happened to that child still haunts me today! My son, by the way, was really sorry. We expressed that he should never make such a hole and cover it again.
